Feats

Feats have been reworked for this campaign, and the typical feat choices are no longer allowed. Instead, when you would select a feat, you may pick one of the feats outlined in this website.
The goal here is to create smaller, more discrete feats with lower feat point costs, and for more powerful feats to have stricter requirements, such as feat prerequisites. Additionally, a further goal is to disincentivize or possibly ban multiclassing in favor of offering similar features through the feat system.

Feat Points

Player characters gain 1 feat point each level, starting with 1 feat point at level 1. After gaining a feat point, a player can spend any number of accumulated feat points on any number of feats.

Terminology

Feat prerequisites may reference certain terms as "martial class," and "spellcaster". The exact definitions used for each term are outlined below:
Term
Qualifications

Arcane SpellcasterA character who has taken the Magic Initiate (Arcane) feat, or is one of the following classes: Artificer, Bard, Magus, Sorcerer, Warlock, or Wizard.
Divine SpellcasterA character who has taken the Magic Initiate (Divine) feat, or is one of the following classes: Cleric or Paladin.
Primal SpellcasterA character who has taken the Magic Initiate (Primal) feat, or is one of the following classes: Druid or Ranger.
